Sale terms and conditions:

We experience huge volumes during our sale period. To help with some of your questions please read through our Sale Terms and conditions.

 Please read product descriptions carefully. There are size guides and comprehensive product descriptions to help. All sale item purchases are final.

We do not exchange, refund or store credit items purchased on sale.

Due to the high volume of orders that we receive we cannot add to or change any items on the order once it has been placed. Please refrain from emailing in regards to this question, as it is a sale condition and is enforced to help with inventory management.

Sale prices will not be honoured outside the sale period under any circumstances. We carefully select a time frame that everyone has a chance to purchase in. Our sale period has strict start and finish dates.

If a sale has a code to enter or a promotion running only one code can be used at one time.

Shipping time frames are extended to 10 plus working days this does not include Public holidays, which can extend this dispatch period longer. If an order is urgent please select Express and your order will be processed accordingly.

Our shipping system will send an email once dispatched. Please refrain from emailing.

 

Faulty Items : 

Please note we have a very thorough quality assurance checking system both locally and internationally . Very Occasionally a faulty item will sneak through . Please send through a photos and a comprehensive description of the fault so our customer service team can help.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES MIANN & CO ACCEPT
AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE? 

we accept Visa, MasterCard,. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system.

WHICH COUNTRIES DOES MIANN & CO SHIP TO? 

Miann & Co ships worldwide.

HOW MUCH DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY? 

Duty and taxes vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the customer.

WHY IS MY PRODUCT SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT TO WHAT APPEARS ONLINE?
All our Miann & Co products are made by hand. Whilst we sell the same design these will vary slightly in size. This is part of the unique product that you are buying with no two pieces being exactly the same.

CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED? 

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. 
However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. 
Please note we aim for same or next day dispatch once an order is placed.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

Australia & NZ - Please allow up to 5 working days before querying your parcel. To track your order please email us - info@miannandco.com.au - with your name, contact number and invoice number.
 
International - Although most arrive quicker, please allow up to 20 working days before querying your parcel. To track your order please email us - info@miannandco.com.au - with your name, contact number and invoice number.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

DOES MIANN & CO HAVE SEASONAL SALES?

Miann & Co offer seasonal sales twice a year these are usually end of line items. Register for email updates to be notified when our sale starts, and when we offer further reductions.

DOES MIANN & CO DO CUSTOM ORDERS?
 Due to our unique production set up we are unable to do custom orders.

Products

Our products are not dietary supplements, however, because of all the balanced nutrients and plant-protein, they may help improve your overall diet! Every BODY is different, and everyone requires a different amount of food and nutrients, so please consult with a professional for more information on diet/weight-loss programs. 

Our products have a long shelf life, but they do all each include expiry dates. Please make sure to read what the expiry date is on each package, and enjoy before that! 

All of our packaging is 100% recyclable. The mailers/shipping packaging is also 100% compostable – being environmentally friendly and sustainable is a top priority for us. 

Absolutely! There are no ingredients that would be harmful to either. However, if you are concerned, you may want to consult with your health care professional. 

Returns/Shipping

If you don't love our products, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to set up a refund. Please note, we may require proof of purchase to consider your refund request.

Currently, we only ship within Canada and the United States. We are working on shipping internationally though, so hold tight! We appreciate your patience and interest :)
